Service Agreement

Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At True Polish Detailing, we value our customers' time and ask that the same respect be shown for our scheduled appointments. As a mobile detailing service, we reserve time specifically for each client and travel to the service location with equipment and supplies prepared for the appointment.

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed prior to the scheduled service time. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not incur any fees.
  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Customer Availability

Customers must ensure that:

  • The vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon location and time.
  • The vehicle is unlocked or arrangements have been made for access.
  • Adequate space is available for the service to be performed safely.

Grace Period

A 15-minute grace period will be provided after the scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, we will attempt to contact you by phone and/or text message.

No-Show Policy

If we are unable to reach you or access the vehicle within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

A $30 No-Show/Call-Out Fee will be charged to cover travel expenses, fuel, and reserved appointment time.

Future Bookings After a No-Show

Customers who miss an appointment without notice may be required to:

  • Pay the no-show fee before rebooking.
  • Provide a deposit to secure future appointments.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond either party's control, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.
